What you’re actually sorting

Three decisions your family should not have to guess.

For straightforward circumstances, the important part is making clear decisions, using a document that fits your situation, and signing it correctly.

What you receive: A digital Irish will pack with the relevant will document(s), guidance covering guardians, executors and beneficiaries, and a signing and witnessing checklist. Each person must complete and sign their own will. Open the relevant product listing for the exact pack details and inclusions.

Who should handle things Name the executor or executors you want to administer your estate.
Who you want as guardian Record your guardian choice where the pack is suitable for your circumstances.
Who should benefit Set out who should receive your estate, then follow the included signing and witnessing guidance carefully.
If your situation is not straightforward, that matters. A standard template may not be the right tool. We would rather direct you towards proper legal advice than sell you something that does not fit.

Before you buy

The questions that usually stop people.

Do we need a solicitor to make a will in Ireland?

There is no general rule that every Irish will must be drafted by a solicitor. What matters is that the will is suitable for your circumstances and completed and executed correctly. If your circumstances are complex, or you are unsure about the legal effect of what you want to do, individual professional advice is the safer route.

Does buying a template automatically make the will valid?

No. A template on its own does not guarantee validity. The document must suit your circumstances and the signing and witnessing requirements must be followed correctly. The MakeAWILL packs include completion and signing guidance to help you through that process.

What do we receive after purchase?

You receive the relevant digital will pack after checkout, including the will document and guidance for completing and signing it for the stated family situation. There is no subscription.

What if we are unmarried, have a blended family or own a business?

Do not force a standard parents’ template to fit. Use the will chooser. If the circumstances remain complex, seek individual legal advice.

Ready to get this off the list?

Choose the pack that fits your family. Both include completion and signing guidance, with no subscription.
